Second International Coastal Symposium June 2005
The Research Division and the Harbour Division within the IMA have for decades collaborated with domestic and foreign partners in extensive research and planning concerning the Icelandic coast, the construction of breakwaters and harbours and shore protection. The Second International Coastal Symposium in June 2005 thus is a logical step for the IMA towards a more thorough knowledge of coastal and marine engineering.
